Video / KVM Merger - Four different analog / digital video sources simultaneously on one screen
The Video and KVM Merger switches are real-time video processing devices enabling users to simultaneously display and monitor video signals from four different computers or video sources on a single
screen.
Both switches can process analogue and digital video signals via DV-I connections. The KVM Merger enables users to attach computers to their keyboard and mouse either via PS/2 or USB interfaces.
Quad-mode - In the Quad-Mode the screen is split into four windows of equal size, with the entire screen content of a computer's video source being displayed in each of these windows.
Full Screen-mode - In the Full Screen-mode, one of the four quadrants from the Quad mode screen can be displayed in full screen size and maximum resolution.
PiP-function - In the PiP function, the full screen display of one of the four video sources is accompanied by small 'thumbnail' images of the other video sources on the right-hand margin of the screen, so that they can also be simultaneously monitored.
Operation - The Video Merger is equipped with a push-button on the front panel of the device for switching between the three display modes. The KVM Merger offers the additional functionality of using keyboard hotkeys to switch between the three display modes and selecting one of the attached computers for operation via a shared keyboard and mouse.
